When you work out with Ray, you’ll benefit from a personal fitness training program that can be custom-built with your goals in mind.

Ray provides guidance and inspiration through programs tailored to your health and fitness, and the results you wish to achieve. Whether you want to lose weight and keep it off, build lean muscle, or just look and feel better in the clothes you’re in, Ray will take the guesswork out of how to get there.

  • Warm-up with (ballistic) stretches
  • Focus on an even mixture of strength and cardio
  • Sessions are 30 min., 45 min., and 60 min.
  • Quality nutritional tips are provided given you keep a food journal
